"I deal with Dakota mostly at the office and she’s amazing. I switched to State Farm and sadly have had Two accident reports, and each time I have been taken care of greatly. Definitely recommend"

"I would not recommend him as an agent. He likes to post other people information on his company page. This was a very low ball and the most non professional person I have ever seen. He not only screenshot someones profile picture and posted it. Also went on line found information on their past that was over 30 years ago and posted it. To me that is bullying and trying to strong arm someone. Before anyone comes at me on the review. I not only saw the post but also commented on it. He kept reposting the persons picture over and over in the comments which is completely unprofessional. Edit to reply. My review was based on the replies you did to the post you made. This basically states it was unprofessional and if someone wants an unprofessional agent then so be it. Your response to a post you made was the most unprofessional one I have ever seen for a business owner. I may not have insurance through you glad I haven't. No telling how you would act or be. As you are very unprofessional."

This individual has had a long line of hurtful comments and negative interactions with our office and staff. Chrystal has never done business with or received a quote from our office. She has not interacted with our office before and is probably family with the described individual. We encourage others to read verified customer reviews. "

"Wouldn't recommend using Logan Ball. Cause if you commit on any of his posts and he doesn't like it, he will harass though message and post your personal life and information on Facebook.You are lying, you did put my personal information on your Facebook page, and i had to call corporate office and file a complaint against you. And I didn't wish harm on anyone,i just stated that to bad it didn't wreck in the parking lot. Which is no different than you say ice and feds was called. So get over yourself. You just can't handle the fact that you got caught in your childish ways and bullying people. We didn't have any problems with that agency until you took over that office, and you tried to be something your not.one more thing to prove you are lying we have screenshots of everything you posted. Starting with you asking me why I deleted my comment and everything you posted. Just in case corporate needs to see it."

Including hateful/hurtful comments to staff. He got bold enough to leave a comment on our Business page wishing we had wrecked our office vehicle. "

"I could cry tears of joy . I went from paying $800 to paying more than half of that thanks to Garrett/State Farm. I couldn’t believe it when he told me my quote . Wow I’m still shocked. "I had a vehicle crash early September of this year. A young permit driver, no insurance on the vehicle. Deemed his fault. Both vehicles were totalled. I filed the claim, State Farm got right on. Then it all seemed to just stop. So I got ahold of the great people working in the Logan Ball office. Garrett, Elsie, Jessica. They got me hooked up with all the right people, and we got it done. Real people, not automated answering machines. State Farm, Thank you. But you need to get back to letting Real people like Logan Balls people crew do what they do. Get it done. Again, a big thank you to Garrett Garing, Jessica Hudson and Elsie Watson. Real Professionals. Bob Driskill"

"I fired them. Their billing is incomprehensible, they give you a rate, you accept, then half way into the contract, they just change it. You ask them to explain their change in the bill, and they deflect. When you point out they are not answering your question, and tell them perhaps they need to research it, they finally use that, but then the answer they research is also not an answer. They actually suggested I contact someone, and then failed to provide any contact info in the letter. It was like dealing with criminals or someone on drugs."

"Hey Patrick! Insurance can be confusing sometimes. When you move it can change the rate due to a multitude of factors based on the new area you’re living in. It can also take a few billing cycles to correct. After reviewing your account the change was $2. Not monthly but one time. You also had a rate decrease in September. So even with the one time charge you’re still paying less than the original rate you accepted. Let us know if you need anything else. "

"I thought progressive was bad. Communication is ridiculous. Ive called, emailed, texted. I either get no response or attitude from the billing department from their mistake. My husband works for the railroad and they blame a sudden almost $60 increase in our bill on a text he didnt answer after I SPECIFICALLY stated many times to each person I spoke with that he can't have his phone even on while on the train therefore all communication were to be through me. His job is an on call brutal job and he is extremely hard to reach. Ive gotten nothing but the run around and frankly im frustrated. I've communicated and they dont care. I voiced my concerns that we didnt want a company like progressive that likes to continuously hike your bill up and less than 2 months in thats what state farm has done. I was guaranteed by them that they wouldn't do this. Especially with two brand new cars with lots of safety features, low miles and we even did the drive safe and save crap. Just to be spoke to like im a child and given attitude each time I try to get the situation fixed. I do NOT recommend."
